*The Scene*
    The dorm hall at Mokushiroku University was in an unusually nonviolent form of chaos on the first day of Orientation.  The RA's and Peer Mentors, all wearing nametags, were arrayed outside and in the lobby.  Outside, on the railing of the "balcony" the stairways went around, there was a dark figure perched, a slender but tall woman all in black, with a wide-brimmed black hat, red-lined black cloak, and a nametag that simply read "Cyber 6".  Also assisting students with luggage was a figure in similiarly dark clothing, a silver-haired, slight young man with a scar on his right cheek who paced incessantly.  The day is bright and sunny.
    In the rather crowded lobby, a set of tables was set up for handing out keys, Student Handbooks, and other little necessities.  The table with the student handbooks was staffed by a severe dark-haired young man in a blue kimono, who was doing more meditating than paying attention; it wasn't like Goemon needed to do much anyway.  The key-table was occupied by a charismatic redhead in a t-shirt, jeans, and a black leather jacket whose tag read "Chisato Madison".  She was accompanied by a tall, dignified, blonde who, while slightly quieter than her companion, was friendly enough to the students who came; Adora staffed the cabinet all the keys were hanging in.  The rest of the RA's lurked around the crowd, answering questions and introducing themselves, and opening doors for students with large packages, while some of them were running the shuttles ferrying students from the airport to the University, and a few were actually on their floors to help people moving in.
