Chisato is talkative in the "perfect reporter" kind of way, very disarming
and good at getting people to tell her things they wouldn't say normally.
She tends to dress in jeans and T-shirts, with a black leather jacket.
Role on Campus: Chisato runs the Catch 22 station, which is on the
Campus cable; it has campus news and interest programs, as well as ads
for the various activities. She also has her own area on the U web
site, as well as being the student head of the campus radio station.
Chisato will find any scoop, no matter how dangerous, no matter how much
those involved want to keep it quiet. This naturally does not endear
her to many of the students and faculty. She often winds up visiting
Raja for this reason. She keeps hidden cameras up in places like
elevators etc. so she can get footage.
